We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information listed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, scent, texture, or weight may occur. These variations do not constitute a defect.

All dimensions and weights provided on the website are approximate, and product packaging may vary depending on availability and seasonal updates.

Order Acceptance and Formation of Contract

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract between you and Pandit Enterprises Limited will only be formed once the order has been processed and dispatched from our end.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or concerns regarding payment security or fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We currently accept payments only via credit or debit cards, processed securely through our payment gateway provider. All transactions are encrypted and handled externally—we do not store any card information on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timelines are outlined in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, but to summarise: we aim to dispatch all standard orders within 2–4 working days. UK delivery typically takes between 3–5 business days, but actual times may vary based on courier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International shipping may be available in the future and will be governed by separate timelines and charges.

Order Cancellations and Changes

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the order may already be in production or dispatch, and changes may not be possible.

Please note that customised or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, as they are made specifically for you.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full terms. In summary: you may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, used soaps, opened products, or custom orders are non-returnable unless defective. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with other users, or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive behaviour. You must not upload any malicious software or content that could damage the website, compromise customer information, or affect operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, shipping delays, or loss of data.
